1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and tc44 ("tc44", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at tc44.io.

If accessing tc44 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited, you do so entirely at your own risk.

3. Account Registration

4. Account Security

4.5 tc44 recommends that you enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, where available, as an additional layer of security.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 General Payment Conditions

5.3 Withdrawals

5.3.1 Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account or card registered in your own name and previously used to make a deposit, or as otherwise approved by tc44 following satisfactory KYC verification.

5.3.2 tc44 reserves the right to require full KYC completion before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC is complete will be placed on hold pending verification.

8. Prohibited Conduct

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on tc44 and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balance:

• Registering more than one account;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
